Chef Delisle’s first efforts will include evolving the Winsor House Inn’s menu into the Summer season. The menu will reflect his inspiration from New England’s coastline and his experience in cooking at some of the country’s top establishments.
Delisle, 36, joins the Winsor House Inn from L’Espalier where he led the restaurant as Chef de Cuisine since 2012. He had previously served as Sous Chef at L’Espalier from 2010 until his promotion in 2012. Prior experience includes roles of increasing responsibility at Boston’s Mandarin Oriental, Ritz-Carlton, and Four Seasons. In 2015, he was presented with the Rising Star award by StarChefs.

In addition to nightly dinner service Tuesday – Sunday until Memorial Day thereafter 7 nights per week, Chef Delisle will be adding weekend brunch service on Saturday and Sunday.
