“The Lithys are our favorite time of the year as we get to shine a light on our customers that are reaching new levels of results in digital customer experience,” said Dayle Hall, SVP of Marketing at Lithium. “This year’s record-breaking number of submissions demonstrates remarkable business outcomes from global brands, and we look forward to celebrating their successes this year.”
Now in their seventh consecutive year, the Lithy Awards recognize excellence in using the Lithium engagement platform to deliver awesome digital customer experiences. This year’s awards feature an impressive group of entries from around the globe, spanning across five continents and numerous industries including travel and hospitality, communications service providers, technology, financial services, media and retail.
The selection of winners will be a two-step process: first a popular peer vote on the Lithium Community, and then a final selection by the judging panel who will examine the spirit of the story and compelling results and evidence to support the submission. This year’s Lithy Awards feature a prestigious panel of judges, consisting of Social Care Expert and Thought Leader, Dan Gingiss, SVP and Digital Lead of Avanade, Jason Hunt, and Chief Digital Officer of Nasdaq, Josh Machiz.
