CopaSAT Named an Awardee on a $2.5 Billion Complex Commercial SATCOM Solution (CS3) Contract

CopaSAT, a world leader in highly reliable and secure mobile communication technology, today announced it has been awarded a Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3) Contract from the United States General Services Administration (GSA). The contract has a total maximum value of $2.5 Billion among all awardees over the potential 10-year period of performance.

CS3 is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide a wide range of complex commercial satellite communications solutions, such as Interactive Services; Continuity of Operations (COOP); Broadcast Satellite Services; Direct Customer, Steady State, and Emergency Responder Operations; and Fleet and Asset Tracking and Reporting Services. CS3’s overarching objective is to be as flexible and agile as possible to meet and satisfy the widely differing requirements of Federal Government organizations, now and for decades to come. Winning this contract is validation of CopaSAT’s extensive blend of expertise, capabilities, experience, and industry relationships.

“This award significantly expands CopaSAT’s access to business opportunities well-suited to our engineered networks based on industry preferred Tampa Microwave terminals or other best-of-class hardware components. As an agile, small, engineering business, we will work with our Government customers through CS3 to ensure they are always provided the optimal solution to their communications problem, including from managed global satellite services including terminals, disparate remote points of presence for critical sensor exfil, or wired and wireless network infrastructure.”
