He enjoys working with clients to find innovative ways to create growth and success. Although Parks is a writer first, his career has covered many facets of online marketing, most recently managing digital marketing campaigns for a large US media company.

Wright has a strong background in search marketing and social media. With her years of marketing experience, she is able to identify opportunities for growth and target online influencers through content strategy and blogger outreach. Prior to working at Adapt Partners, Wright was the Social Media Marketing Manager at a software company in Research Triangle Park where she implemented global social media strategies and trained the sales team on successful social selling techniques. Additionally, Jennifer serves as Director of Social at the American Marketing Association (AMA), one of the largest marketing associations in the Southeast.

Starting her career at one of the largest public relations agencies in the Southeast, Vargas has contributed to the success of various traditional and integrated marketing campaigns across a wide range of sectors, including travel and tourism, apparel and fashion, and food and beverage. With a flair for client services, she works to maintain thriving client relationships at Adapt Partners, implementing strategic search campaigns, writing creative content and delving more into the world of SEO.
